This molded plywoodcantilever chair known as the Iso-Lounge Chaire was released by Isokon in 2021. Designed by Jasper Morrison, he drew inspiration from the Isokon studio logo. The seamless zig-zag shape makes the chair stand out as a sleek and relaxing piece of furniture.
Morrison discovered the feasibility of layer thinning in production. The primary challenges encompassed ensuring structural integrity, refining lines and proportions, and, crucially, optimizing comfort.
